Does a bot join our meetings?
No. Humla records through macOS itself, so nothing joins the call and the other side sees nothing — the same privacy story for every person on the team.
Where does our data live?
Notes sync through Humla Cloud, hosted in the EU. Audio and transcription stay on each teammate's Mac or their own provider keys — Cloud only syncs the notes.
Do teammates need a Mac?
For now, yes — Humla runs on Apple Silicon Macs (macOS 13+). Each teammate downloads the free app and signs into the shared workspace.
Can teammates see workspace chats?
Yes — that's the point. Chats in a shared workspace are visible to its members, so knowledge compounds instead of being asked twice. Your personal chats stay on your Mac and never sync.
